Svay Rieng: Mey Chanthan was alledgedly accused of raping his own sister and was arrested and sent to the court on 16 October in Svay Chrum's Chek commune. The teen was arrested with the complaint and intervention from RAC organization, police said. The arrested teen denied the rape saying he had beaten his sister but did not attempted to raped her. His sister said that his brother had raped her 3 times.
