Phnom Penh: According to the statement from US embassy in Cambodia stated that Joseph A. Mussomeli will visit the vote site in Tonle Bassac to oversee the vote registration. As a vote observer, Mussomeli will join other observers and NEC staffs to oversee the vote registration. Meanwhile, he also insisted Cambodian citizens to register for voting because it is very important.
