Kandal province: Three men died and one was severely injured in a terrible traffic accident at 7:15pm on 7 October 2007 in Kao village, Ang Snuol district‘s Bek Chan commune on the national road 4. They ran into a parking lorry, which stopped on the chest of the road. The victims, the construction workers, identified as Nhoem Phoeurn, 21; Yuos Ban, 22; Thorn Chen, 22 and the serious wounded man known as Mey Hon, 21 is in the hospital.
